Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all towels, mops, or tools are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
